10-year programme got underway in January
Almost 200 people received shingles vaccines in the first month of the Island's vaccination programme.
Manx Care introduced a 10-year scheme to offer the jabs to those most vulnerable to the condition, getting underway in January this year.
Figures published by Health Minister Claire Christian show 195 patients had the vaccine in the first month, although the figure could be higher as not all GP practices have processed their information.
While the programme did not officially launch until this year, 119 individuals were vaccinated in 2024 due to immediate clinical need.
