A record 682,907 passengers were carried during the year
The Isle of Man Steam Packet Group has reported a profit of £12.3m for the year ended 31 December 2025, up from £6.9m the previous year.
The group said operating profit rose to £12.3m from £7.2m in 2024 and revenue grew by 3.9 percent to £90.6m.
Its latest annual report attributes the improved performance to increased passenger and freight demand and well-controlled operating costs.
A record 682,907 passengers were carried during the year, an 8.2% improvement on 2024, which contributed to a 2.6 percent increase in passenger ticket revenues.
Passenger service revenues rose 12.9 percent, driven by what the company describes as increased awareness of Manxman's lounge and cabin offerings, ongoing improvements to catering and retail services and higher passenger volumes.
