That's how Chief Minister Allan Bell has described the new look departmental memberships which were announced on Friday.
Mr Bell says he hopes everyone can now work together to continue deliver the plans which have been worked on over the last two years.
Michael MHK Alf Cannan will head up the new Manx Utilities Authority, seen as an extremely challenging but key role in the new structure.
