Motorists urged to 'make the right decision' over festive period

But public transport network faces more disruption over weekend

Motorists are being urged to ‘make the right decision’ this festive period and plan ahead if out enjoying the December festivities.

Police arrested three people over the weekend on suspicion of drink driving.

The Isle of Man Constabulary is urging people to use public transport, arrange a lift or ensure there is a safe way home. 

However for those relying on public transport at the weekend it was another weekend of disruption with Bus Vannin warning of ‘continuing service pressures’.
