Event needs 30 more people to safely run
A charity event this weekend is appealing for more volunteers to help it go ahead.
Tough Mucka had to be postponed last weekend because of poor weather, and is now due to take place on Sunday (4 October).
However, organisers say they're 30 volunteers short of the 80 they need to safely run it.
The event raises money for Isle Listen by seeing people overcoming 18 obstacles around a 5km course.
Some of the responsibilities will include manning one of those obstacles, helping participants safely cross roads, and directing people round the course.
There are two volunteer shifts - between 9.30am-2pm (or until the last person goes through your obstacle) or 11.15am-4pm (or until the last person finishes the course).
Anyone who might able to help out is asked to email fundraising@islelisten.im.
