Exceptions to rule to be expected
Recreational angling will be allowed from tomorrow morning onwards (Sat 2), the chief minister has said.
Howard Quayle announced the decision at yesterday's government media briefing.
There will be some exceptions to that rule, though:

It comes after Tynwald rejected the plan for the area at the end of last month
