MHK calls for fresh approach from Government
Government should present more of a balance when it comes to its achievements.

It's after the Programme for Government was discussed at this week's sitting of Tynwald.
Ministers spoke about the recently published Attitudes Survey, showing a drop in public confidence in government.
Mr Shimmins says they need to approach things differently:
