But Thomas says government can't 'lose influence' at Ronaldsway
Government can’t afford to lose ‘influence’ at the Isle of Man Airport but there's no 'silver bullet' to fix the problems.
That’s the view of the infrastructure minister who will put forward a report looking into the ‘function, future and form’ of Ronaldsway to Tynwald next month.
It current requires a £6 million subvention from taxpayers to maintain services.
Chris Thomas has told Manx Radio there is a balance to be struck and he's hopeful passengers will see improvement month by month:
Person suffers 'significant injuries' in 'serious assault' near Peel
Business case for horse trams to be put before Tynwald in July
Plans to turn 'underused space' in central Douglas into wellness retreat
Employment grievance 'upheld' against board of Peel Commissioners
