Localised flooding possible
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for heavy rain on the Island again.
It says rain arriving later this afternoon will become heavy for a time, especially before midnight, before tending to become lighter and patchier later in the night with 8-15mm expected quite widely with a risk of 20-30mm over the hills.
There is a slight risk of localised flooding in prone locations, especially higher ground of the north and in areas where debris have allowed drains to become blocked.
Southeast winds will increase to strong to gale force this evening before veering southwesterly around midnight and decreasing to fresh to strong.
It's not believe the rain will cause problems as severe as those seen on the Island earlier in the week.
