Does the Isle of Man really need so many local authorities and elected local representatives?

One commissioner – who’s seeing his board merge with two others – says he doesn’t think so, and more should consider amalgamating.

Robert Moughtin represents newly-created Garff, which was formed from Lonan, Laxey and Maughold Commissioners.
