UPDATE: Parade from City Hall CANCELLED
Douglas Council is holding its annual civic service today (27 September) at St Matthew's Church.
A procession led by the Douglas Town Band will start at 10am outside City Hall, on Ridgeway Street, before travelling via Victoria Street, Duke Street and Market Hill.
The local authority says representatives from other local authorities, government departments and charities will be in attendance.
Members of the public wanting to attend are asked to be at the church by 10.15am for the service to start at 10:30am.
UPDATE: The parade due to take place from City Hall has been cancelled.
