Increased demand at facility
The Island's Meat Plant is struggling to cope with the amount of produce local farmers want processed at the facility.
That's according Tim Baker MHK, who has political responsibility for agriculture.
The management of the Meat Plant is currently being restructured in a bid to stop Manx farmers sending livestock off Island.
Mr Baker says the changes made so far have increased demand at the facility, but there's still work to be done.
