Cost to Irish taxpayers: £190 million
An investigation into why millions of pounds of Irish public funds ended up in a Manx bank account will conclude next year, according to judges.
The UK National Crime Agency is also set to brief the leaders of an inquiry into 'Project Eagle', which saw billions of Euros of government property debt sold to an American hedge fund for far below their worth.
It's said to have cost the Irish public purse £190 million.
Around £7.5 million from the sale was later found in the secretive Manx account.
All parties have denied wrongdoing.
