Draft resolution debated at mock UN event
The Island's future politicians tried their hand at diplomacy this week, at a UN model security council.
In its annual event, the Isle of Man United Nations Association tasked sixth formers from across the Island's schools, to reach a resolution for the Arab-Israeli conflict.
Students acted as delegates for countries such as Peru, Kuwait and Ethiopia, as well as those from the 'Big Five' such as China and the US.
