Community invited to Summer Fair
Manor Park School in Pulrose is celebrating its 50th anniversary this week.
It opened as a junior school in 1975, with pupils transferring from Demesne Road and Tynwald Street schools.
In 1986, Manor Park became a primary school, when the former infant school closed and the younger children moved to the site and it was named by former pupil and Island Chief Constable, Gary Roberts.
A Summer Fair is being held on Wednesday 16 July mark the milestone, where photographs and memorabilia will be on display and all members of the community are welcome attend.
