Deputy chief officer admits it highlighted issues with its processes
The Department of Infrastructure says it has learnt some valuable lessons about how to organise large projects after issues with the Isle of Man Ferry Terminal in Liverpool.
An unresolved disagreement between the department and delivery partners means the final costs cannot yet be disclosed.
The last confirmed figure was said to be more than £70 million although one former DoI political member claimed it now exceeded £100 million.
