Duncan Livingstone elected to the board

Duncan Livingstone was elected to the board in yesterday's by-election with 141 votes to opponent Sosthene Boussougou, who was unsuccessful with 102 votes.
Mr Livingstone takes the seat made vacant when Barry Murphy stood down from the commission last month.
