New images released by NASA
A local astronomer has described new images released by NASA as 'spectacular'.
Pictures from the James Webb Space Telescope have been made public.
They show distant galaxies, nebulae that are thousands - and some even billions - of lightyears away from Earth and an exoplanet.
Howard Parkin says the images, taken from the new super telescope, have 'so much promise':
