MHK calls for wholesale structural, legal reform
An MHK says the Isle of Man Government - in legal terms - "simply doesn't exist."
Chris Robertshaw is calling for wholesale structural change to the way the Island is governed as a matter of priority, despite the fact he doesn't plan to stand in the next general election.
At a recent meeting of the Positive Action Group, the Douglas East member said in the current structure, individual departments have too much power:
