Islands Energy Group to open call centre on the Island

Expected to create 12 new customer service roles

Islands Energy Group has confirmed it is launching a new call centre on the Isle of Man.

Whilst based here, it will also serve customers across Guernsey and Jersey.

The call centre is expected to be fully operational by Spring 2026.

It's expected to create 12 new customer service roles as a result.

Recruitment began earlier this month - interested applicants are asked to contact the Islands Energy Group HR team via careers@i-e-g.com or by visiting the company website.

Graeme Millar, CEO of Islands Energy Group, said: "Our vision is to be a company that truly reflects the communities we serve.

"By returning our call centre to the Isle of Man, we’re not just improving service—we’re building a stronger connection with our customers and investing in the future of our islands.

"We’re proud to be creating jobs locally and ensuring our service is delivered by people who live here and understand what matters most to our customers."
