Expertise programme reaches Cook Islands

So believes the executive director of a financial management programme designed to help developing world nations.
Mark Shimmin recently returned from the self-governing Cook Islands in the South Pacific Ocean where he and fellow director Tim Cullen provided expertise on negotiation in Rarotonga.
Mr Shimmin says using Island experience to offer support in a range of areas can help smaller countries grow and reduce poverty.
