Survey launched to assess impact of the pandemic

There are fears some Island charities may have been pushed to the brink by Covid-19.

The Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce and the Council of Voluntary Organisations have created a new survey to assess the impact of the pandemic on the third sector.

They want to find out what support is needed.

David Gawne, the vice chair of the council, says it's a difficult time and some charities may have already been lost:

Meanwhile, the strategy and development officer at Crossroads Care says dealing with isolation and keeping up with constant LFT checks has left staff members 'weary and tired'.
