Chris Thomas explains decision behind preferring 'Ard-Shirveishagh' title
The Island's new chief minister insists he is 'first among equals'.
After choosing his Council of Ministers this week, Chris Thomas is now looking ahead to the leader he wants to be.
It comes amid calls from the public and new MHKs for this administration to be better at working together to serve the Island.
And Mr Thomas told Manx Radio it's part of the reason why he's choosing to be referred to by his Manx title:
