EU Official says finance ministers in talks
We could find out as soon as 12 March if the Isle of Man is included on the European Union's 2019 tax blacklist, an EU official has said.
The Island, as well as Jersey and Guernsey, has made changes to tax laws.
It's after the bloc raised concerns over companies with little physical presence routing their profits in the crown dependencies.
The source said "technical discussions on the revision of the list of non-cooperative jurisdictions" are currently ongoing.
EU finance ministers will make the final decision on the list following these talks, which could be as soon as 12 March.
