It's because of Meta rules about gambling
Hospice is unable to use Facebook for its latest fund-raising campaign because the charity is based on the Isle of Man.
Meta, which runs the social media platform, won't allow Island-based gambling - something they would permit if Hospice was based in the United Kingdom.
Chief Executive, John Knight, says the restrictions are affecting ticket sales for their Christmas draw to win a car.
This annual event generates in the region of £70,000 of income for hospice care and is a major event in their fundraising calendar.
