Annual celebration to take place later this month
It's hoped an event taking place later this month will give Manx authors a chance to talk about having their work published.
Among this year's visiting guests for Manx Litfest is literary agent Kate Nash, who represents Manx author Joanne Clague.
The annual celebration of writing is taking place between 23 and 28 September.
One of the organisers, Rakie Bennett, believes this is a rare chance for local writers to see how they can get their work out there in future:
