Work to redevelop site could begin later this month
Rushen Heritage Trust has backed plans to knock down a former hotel in Port St Mary.
Work could begin later this month to redevelop the 1920s Bay Queen into new apartments.
It was purchased for £4m by Hartford Homes in 2007 after falling into a state of disrepair.
Speaking on behalf of the Trust, Hugh Davidson told Local Democracy Reporter Chris Cave they were supportive of the proposals:
