Chief Minister says it can't implement plan alone
The private sector needs to do 'a lot of the heavy lifting' for government's economic strategy to be successful.
That's from Chief Minister Alfred Cannan after he set out targets for the next 10-15 years.
Proposals include growing the Island's population to 100,000 by 2037 and moving to renewable energy.
