Finances, travel and health are all on the agenda
This year's Government Conference begins today (Tuesday 23 September).
The two-day event is taking place at the Comis Hotel, and is described as an open platform to engage with Government representatives on strategic priorities crucial to business.
Finances occupy most of this morning's agenda, looking at the global perspective of the economy and trends, as well as managing public finances in a changing landscape.
There'll also be conversations about travel - how government is planning to build better connections, as well as updates from Ronaldsway Airport and the Steam Packet Company.
This afternoon's main focus will then be healthcare and education.
Tomorrow will see presentations on government's plans for 1,000 new homes, living the biosphere and securing our Island.
