New residential home being built on former Glenside site
Conversations over the future use of a Douglas care home - which belongs to the Isle of Man Government - are yet to be had.
Reayrt-ny-Baie, on Albert Terrace, is no longer compliant with the Regulation of Care Act and is being replaced as part of the capital programme.
A new facility – called Summerhill View – is in the process of being built on the site of the former Glenside home near Governor's Hill.
