David Cannan died last week at the age of 85
The funeral of a former treasury minister and Speaker of the House of Keys will take place later today.
David Cannan, the father of current Chief Minister Alfred Cannan, died last week at the age of 85.
The service will take place at Kirk Michael Parish Church from 2pm.
A book of condolence will be open at Cannan Court in Kirk Michael until 23 August.
