Poet's new book reflects on experiences working with homeless community
The eighth Manx Bard believes people want a 'more hopeful version of what the world could be'.
Michael Manning has recently published a collection of poems drawing on his experience working with the Island's homeless community.
He says public opinion can often be dominated by anger, hatred and despair.
But, he's in favour of a more optimistic approach:
