The club's been empty for four years
A former Douglas nightclub that's been empty for four years is set to become a 'multi-functional hub'.
The old Havana building on Wellington Street has been taken on by 9-TEN Media Group and 3 Wheeling.
They're looking to turn it into an event venue seating up to 112 people, a photography studio and have office space available.
They've announced their plans on YouTube.
