Discarded items scattered across Marine Drive cliffside

Piles of discarded rubbish have been seen littering the cliffside at one of the Island's popular beauty spots.

A recurring issue along Marine Drive, in recent days Manx Radio has seen dozens of fly-tipped items including a fridge, construction refuse and bin-bags.

Visitors along the stretch of road told Manx Radio they'd like to see more action taken against those who abandon their rubbish in the area.

Manx Radio has approached the Isle of Man Constabulary, the Department of Infrastructure, and Braddan Commissioners for comment.
