Conditions at UK airports 'may not improve'
Airlines may consider reducing the number of flights they offer - but the Island shouldn't suffer.
That's the belief of Director of Ports Anne Reynolds.
She's been speaking following a record number of complaints to passenger group TravelWatch, after a number of delays and cancellations on the Gatwick service.
Ms Reynolds says there have been various issues which have caused problems, but issues such as congestion and runway slots at busy London airports may not improve.
