Fire fighters have been responding to multiple incidents in the north of the Island this weekend.
Safety advice is now being issued after responding to a flat fire in the north of the Island.
Two major appliances from Ramsey Fire Station were deployed to the incident on Saturday (21 March) evening which involved a rechargeable battery.
No one was hurt and the blaze was said to have been brought under control quickly.
Residents are now being urged to make sure they're using the right chargers and not to overcharge batteries.
Meanwhile the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service was also called to the Northern Civic Amenity Site at Balladoole on Saturday.
It's after a flare was incorrectly disposed of in burnable waste.
