Police appeal after incident in west of Island
A farmer is having to hand rear a lamb after the mother ewe died following a sheep worrying incident.
It happened between last Thursday and Saturday in the Barnell Lane area of Patrick.
The ewe was trapped in overgrowth and could not be saved.
Police are appealing to all dog walkers to keep pets under control so that livestock isn't worried.
