People need 'opportunity' says director
An estate agent claims there needs to be more affordable housing on the Isle of Man.
Residential director of Black Grace Cowley Tim Groves says it's something which should be given urgent priority by the chief minister and his newly-formed government.
Alfred Cannan has set up a new Housing and Community Board - which Douglas Central MHK Chris Thomas chairs - but a committee is yet to be formed.
Mr Groves accepts it's a difficult situation but one that needs to be addressed:
BMA finds less than a quarter of doctors recommend working at Manx Care
Thirteen people entered or tried to enter the Island without immigration permission since January 2025
Abuse towards bus drivers 'will not be tolerated'
Thousands tell Steam Packet what they want to see replace Manannan
