Work towards delivering the Equality Bill is progressing well - that's according to Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas.
This morning (7 Feb) the House of Keys has been debating changes to the draft legislation which is being billed as the Island's most comprehensive anti-discrimination work.
Mr Thomas says there'll be one more reading, then any amendments made will go to the Legislative Council for consideration, before royal assent is needed.
He says the legislation should be up and running by summer:
