Scheme would get underway in September next year
Regeneration works due to take place in Peel next year are due to be discussed at a drop-in session this week.
The Department of Infrastructure will be available to talk about the proposals and answer questions about the East Quay scheme.
The project will include full reconstruction of the road, new pavements and a flood defence wall.
The work will result in less parking around the harbour, but this will be offset on the road by the House of Manannan.
The session takes place at the Centenary Centre on Thursday from 5pm until 7.30pm.
The plans are subject to planning approval as the area is a conservation zone.
