MHK dismisses electioneering claim
An MHK attempting to reform the Island's planning system has dismissed claims his move is 'electioneering'.
Graham Cregeen wants communities to have more of a say in planning for their area.
He thinks ratepayers' views often aren't heard, when it comes to decisions which affect them.
Chief Minister Allan Bell has described the plans as a step too far which would clog up the planning system, but Mr Cregeen believes some opponents of his idea have got the wrong end of the stick:
