MHK says internet has changed bullying parameters
An MHK says bullying which goes on outside the school environment is tough for teachers to tackle.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew member Jason Moorhouse says cyber bullying is difficult to deal with and for schools, parents and police.
During yesterday's sitting of the House of Keys (31 Jan), Garff MHK Daphne Caine had questioned the Department of Education and Children policy with regards to bullying.
Mr Moorhouse says victims must be protected - but the internet has changed how and where bullying takes place.
