Children found smearing excriment on cars
An Onchan Commissioner is reassuring residents the local authority is taking problems with dog fouling seriously – after children were found taking it from bins and smearing it on cars.
The problem was discussed at a recent board meeting, when members decided against providing poop bags on the grounds of cost.
Chris Quirk is a former by-laws officer for Onchan, and says irresponsible dog owners still aren’t cleaning up after their pets.
