Local authorities voice support for gov't plans
Several local authorities have voiced their support for government plans to trial fixed speed cameras on the Island.
Earlier this week, the Department of Infrastructure confirmed it does intend to try them out here, but "no specific locations have been identified" yet.
Dollin Mercer spoke with Vivian Quane of Lezayre Commissioners, who says they would be in favour, if the cameras provided more accurate data than other testing methods:
