The founder of Beach Buddies says he's seen an increase in levels of fly tipping around the Island in recent months.
Bill Dale says some of the charity's bins have been used to dump items including televisions, builders' rubble and plasterboard.
He believes a small number of people are trying to avoid the cost of taking such things to an amenity site.
Mr Dale says it's one of the reasons why he worries about whether the Island's biosphere status will be renewed in the future, stressing this is his personal opinion:
