Claims of resistance to effective dredging

Evidence given to Committee investigating Harbours Strategy

Government Departments must work together to allow effective dredging around the Island's harbours.

That's the belief of Captain Steven Carter from the Laxey towing company.

Captain Carter was giving evidence this morning (Wed 30th) to the Tynwald committee investigating the Harbours Strategy.
