Primary schools conference at Legislative buildings
A Fairtrade Conference for Primary School children takes place today at Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
Children from 17 primary schools on the Island will learn about the lives of farmers and small producers in developing countries, take part in a debate on Fairtrade and enjoy a series of workshops.
It's been organised by the One World Centre at St Johns.
The conference takes place from 9.45am to 2.45pm with a break for lunch for 30 minutes at noon.
