Police issue reminder over valid documents
The Isle of Man Constabulary's reminding weapon owners they need a valid certificate and must have it renewed three months before the expiry date.
The police say correct checks must be undertaken by the Firearms Licensing Department before a new certificate can be delivered.
Officers will investigate any breach of the law regarding the renewal process and are advising the public to make sure they have updated and correct documents.
