Work on Castle Street sees change in traffic flow
Part of Castletown will be made one-way to traffic for a year on Monday (11 April).
Vehicles will only be able to travel in a north-easterly direction on Castle Street between The Parade and the junction with The Quay.
It's so that scaffolding can be erected for renovations at Derby House and the former police station.
The restriction has been requested by Watling Streetworks on behalf of Marlinspike Properties and will be in place until 10 April 2023.
An alternative route – via Victoria Road, Alexander Road, Arbory Road, Farrants Way and Queen Street – will be in place.
