Incident cost taxpayer hundreds
Witnesses are being sought to an incident which saw a bus stop damaged in Port Erin.
Some time after 11pm last Thursday, the shelter on Castletown Road had its window smashed - leaving a trail of glass near the entrance to Rushen Primary School.
Infrastructure staff managed to clear the debris before the Friday morning school run.
But police say the damage has amounted to £400, which has been footed by the taxpayer.
Anyone with any relevant information is asked to call Castletown Police Station on 822222.
